The 14s/sp is a cast glass hemisphere with articulated seams, featuring a frosted cylindrical void that houses a low-voltage lamp. While individual pendants have a subtle appearance, their impact grows dramatically when grouped together in clusters.
The "s" and "sp" designations indicate surface-mounted variations of the 14 series. The "s" model allows for remotely mounted power supplies, whereas the "sp" version features a larger mounting plate designed to cover a standard North American junction box. The "s" includes a 55mm (2.2") paintable mounting plate, and the "sp" has a 115mm (4.5") version, both suitable for wall or ceiling installation. Additionally, these models are IP65-rated, making them suitable for outdoor use and wet environments.

Bocci is dozens of designers, glassblowers, chemists, engineers and architects. Our team brings together many different skills and is organized in a horizontal way. This inclusive, collaborative ecosystem fosters the envisioning and development of our creative projects, manifesting through work of different scales, from jewelry to sculptural lighting to architecture.
Omer Arbel trained as an architect in the late 1990s, and apprenticed under renowned architects including Enric Miralles and Patkau Architects. In 2005, he established his own studio practice and co-founded Bocci, centered on engaging in dialogue with materials. These conversations manifest in designs ranging from individual objects to architectural scales. omerarbel.com
